Hi.  My name is Yoti Goudas (aka FAT EARS).  I am a devoted generalist who has an unending curiosity and drive to learn.  This sets me apart in a world of specialists.

I have a Masters in Industrial Design, as well as certifications in web design and ITIL.

As a multi-disciplinary UX professional, I understand how to research, design and test physical, digital, and print products.

I also have extensive experience as a project manager and understand how to plan projects and deliver on time.

Because of this general skill set, I am able to help organizations with complex UX needs improve what they are already doing, or get to the next generation of their product.
